Description
The Sunkist SA-T1AH auto tape edge machine is specially designed for automatically stitching the tape to close all kinds of mattress. The combination of the machine is divided into four main systems, working table, sewing head, swing arm and auto flipping equipment. The table is made by roller conveyor, the speed for moving forward and backward is adjustable. When stitching, place the mattress and the cloth cover on the table, the sewing head is fixed, the operator sit on the seat while stitching the mattress. Press the foot switch to start the roller, feeding the cloth through the binder into the pipe to stitch the mattress cover. When one side is complete the swing arm will turn the mattress 90 and continue stitching the second side. There is a auto flipping equipment in the center of the table, after completely stitching the four sides it will automatically flip the mattress over to start stitching the other four sides of the mattress.
